Thanks :) both are doing great, we called her Méabh, I wasn't persuasive enough to get away with 'Tara' but Méabh was the first goddess of Tara according to some sources ;) and then there's Maeve's Cairn, of the warrior queen which will be visited during the next year or so once more...Btw Ken, slightly belated congratters to you and Mrs McL
I think this must be the cousin of the Knowth macehead, maybe carved by the same fella or lass: http://www.gtj.org.uk/en/item1/8597 . The shape and lattice carving (with the 'hair' on top too!) are uncannily similar.
