Thats going too far ... I know my Swallowhead spring rant should make me follow the same line of thought but I have to own up to leaving a a few sprigs of flower at Wayland's Smithy last week, (its been nagging my conscience) but which will decay eventually.
They were foreign, rosemary, lavender, love in-a-mist and one marigold.....
The truth of the matter after all this argument is some people will leave offerings at sites and other will complain. BuckEye is right this is really an incredible thread of nitpicking argument ;)

I totally agree, it's got rather out of hand considering we're largely on the same side.
I think we should just get used to tidying up, and try and do it in a spirit of respect for the site. I mean if people have always left things, then there were always people to tidy them up afterwards, and maybe they expected to have to do it. Maybe if people visited these places more than once they'd end up removing their own stuff.
