didn't see any whole dead cats, about 6 whole birds, lots of patches of feathers but no torso, and lots of odd little bits of legbone here and there

I put it down to being a rubbish tip, rather than an unusually active local chapter of satanists, but you never know ... as long as they wear high-visibility clothing and hard-hats, I don't see a legal problem ...
