you know full well how many objects would have interested PAS,FLO's or any Museum .
yep, that's why we want you to post THE VERSION WE SAW. If you now claim it shows that many detectorists can spend three hours out in the field detecting normally and between them not find a single thing that adds to the archaeological record, then why not post it up to show the nice people here just what "good" metal detectorists do to the historic environment and what nasty small minded people Heritage Action and Barford must be for criticising your harmless little hobby. But as I say, the version that was on UKDN please. How many holes an hour was it?

If I go any further with this,
(re read my last post)
it could be seen as a kind of
lessening of my stance,
I'll emphasise this
you might have finished your book
designed to show my hobby in a bad light,
a light constructed by your hand,
not a true one but one you hope the non detecting
community will go for.
Take this any way you like,
if you publish any of my work in part or full,
or refer to me in any recognisable way,
I'll not only sue you,
but your publisher too.
No further comment.
