You really do try to damage a good thing dont you(plucking at straws comes to mind). Put it this way the FLO couldnt take it in the first 2 months due to her circumstances(although she had seen it at this time), the next time I was not at the meeting when she was. Then she was training away for 2 months and then I finally caught up with her last month. Its reported , simple as that. Its doesnt make any difference who runs what and what reputation YOU say they have to me in the slightest. My finds are reported to PAS so as I say again or cant you grasp it?? Your little attempt at discrediting me didnt work .

Hi Cymap

Just out of interest, is it normal procedure for a metal detectorist to record the location, position and details of the find? Or just the object itself?

Also - which metal detectorist forum do you use? And is it possible for just anybody to sign up? It would be good to see what other detectorists think of all this rather than just a select few.

I assure you, I have zero need to discredit you here. After all, your particular interest in life seems to be randomly digging artefacts up and taking them home for yourself. I think they may not feel that's either clever or right.

As for UKDFD, if you still lack the least glimmer of understanding why supporting it is the antithesis of heroism, then so be it.
