D'you mean this -

"my message is for detectorists to record their finds with PAS etc. "

Bit tricky that "etc" isn't it?
People here, unfamiliar with detectorisms, might take that to mean you're a pukka advocate of responsible detecting. But they should know that all the main heritage and detecting bodies have jointly stated that "responsible" means REPORTING ALL FINDS TO PAS. Yet what do we find under Cymap on UKDFD (the place for those detectorists who don't feel able to record with PAS "for whatever reason") - you recording a prehistoric axe and the information - "Recorded elsewhere: No"

(And the same goes for Kevmar).

Ooo, another piece of OUR heritage "rescued"... Lilleshall eh? But the Shropshire FLO is a bloke, so what's this about "her" in your previous messages? That axe would have looked good in the next PAS annual report, so I guess there's a reason why you took it to UKDFD first...

Kevmar, you can tell your lady friend that I've never called her names behind her back either.

If you would like to contact Birmingham FLO (Caroline Johnson)tomorrow morning you would see that the Axe and a possible Roman Bangle have been in their possession for a month now ( Time scale their fault not mine) So you fall flat on your face again dont you. Youre too easy m8. NEXT
