The coastal footpath between Porth and Padstow has several monuments (along with some great views). Mostly burial mounds and a couple of cliff forts.

Porth Island (iron age settlement) is well worth a visit. The road to Castle and Dinas is closed at the moment due to the new A30 dual carriage way being finished off, so no buses passing that way.
