As for signed copies - bit of a sore point really. You may know that authors get a ridiculous handful of books on publication, if you want any more you have to buy them (and no cheaper than they are on Amazon!). Weeeeell, the person responsible for posting my copies just put half of them in a jiffy bag. They arrived in fairly shitty condition and not good enough to sign and post to anyone!

and no, they wouldn't replace them either!
