There ain't much on Orkney for kids , A toy shop in Kirkwall and thats about it lots of beaches though .
If they were mine I'd just make them go, every one should experience extreme history, but then my kids have been going to stones since before they could walk it's normal for them to spend all day stone hunting, they actually ask me to take them to stones and I have to say no sometimes.
