Was there yesterday, its possible to drive all the way down the track to the gate right beside the tomb, I read on here that it was surrounded by barbed wire but it has its own field fence now which makes this site very easy to access. There's parking for one car down beside the tomb. I heard there was 100 people there for winter solstice last year, no idea where everyone parked!
The site itself is fantastic, the carvings in the larger chamber are superb, though a bit weathered. Every stone in the chamber has carvings but some are not obvious without good lighting, there's also plenty in the accessible part of the passage. There's amazing stuff came up in the photos that I didn't see when on-site, very much like Loughcrew type carvings.
