He died 6 years 4 months and 8 days ago, and I haven't been able to think about getting another dog yet. Farningham Wood [with a nice bank-ditch combo running across it] was our haunt, and one of my favourite places, but I can't bring myself to go there without him, as I never have before.

Dammit I'm getting all moody now :(
