I can't recall seeing any circle on that kind of slope...Usually there's some attempt at leveling out the ground.

It's not the one I was thinking of, which is quiite similar - a flat edge to it and mound in the middle. I reckoned mine was most likely to be a burial chamber, yours is bigger.
