Cheers :) I took around 6GB of photos over the Sat. evening at Kealkil and Sunday at Dunbeacon circle and standing stones, Ardrah, Gortnacowly, Maughanasilly and Inchicurka wedge tomb and was pretty pleased with a few of them. Still seems like I only managed to scratch the surface down that part of the country, there was a few nice houses for sale though!

Thinking of relocating? I couldn't live anywhere else at this stage I think.
It will be nice to see some pictures of Inchincurka. Our house is just a few miles south and we pass it every time we go to see my partner's sister. It'll be like seeing a relation on the screen.
The countryside around here is teeming with monuments, as you mentioned. If you would like to work on your set of four-posters I would recommend going to see Cappaboy Beg SE. It's subjective I know but it pleased me much more than Gortnacowly. There's also a real trove of other monuments close by. Speaking of clumps of monuments, Cullomane five stoner has a lovely quartz boulder burial in the next field and standing stones above and beyond.
Burl's guide has good directions and descriptions of both, though I would approach Cappaboy from a track further east the road than the one he writes about. We only copped it on the way down. Having said that it's a bitch of a climb either way!
