No Hob, you wouldn't.

As the 'Unknown' image credit implies you don't know who took the photograph, and as it seems fairly recent, then it would seem fair to assume you couldn't have asked for permission. Apologies for being so up-front about the issue, but you did ask.

It's bit of a shame, but I suppose it's a fair cop.

I'll delete it and shall repost it if I can find out who took the photo and get them to agree to having it put on the internet.

Just for the record, the others I posted tonight are well out of copyright, and any of the Beckensall images I post are with his permission.
