What's the law on this sort stuff?

Fourwinds sent a link ages ago about a house in Cork with a stone circle in the garden. So if I bought the house, would I own the circle and do with it what I please?
Would I be took to task if I pulled it down. . . or even if I denied access to it from interested parties?
