The photo is by Paul Brown and probably taken from Stan's latest book "Circles in Stone", Plate 1.

Sorry.... that reply was to bit to quick!
Paul Browns photo in Stan's book has a small scale in the foreground.
So this is the "crown copyrighted" photo by the RCAHMS, probably taken in 2000.
