Not sure yet what I'm doing or if I can get the time off, but in Cork Drombeg has a near solstice (sunset) alignment from the recumbent to a notch in the hills, I've never seen any photographic accounts of it yet. There's one or two more I suspect for an evening alignement but none for the morning sunrise that I can think of.

Cool, that would be a nice trip the evening before so.

Most of the Cork circles have a NE-SW axis, so you can pretty much take your pick down there. Kealkil's one of the odd ones out I think, but it'd be pretty spectacular from there anyway!

Another candidate for a very clear day would be Altar wedge tomb where the sun might just set on the top of Mizzen Head.
