Well I've just seen it set (a bit before 7.00am) huge and salmon pink
(yes I know huge is an optical illusion, but it was).

I've worked out the bearing from me and if it had been the same at The Sanctuary (I'm maybe 65 miles North and 15 West and don't know what difference that makes) that would have plonked it right on top of Silbury and it would have been a stunning image....

The moon went into horizon clag here, at about 6:30 - but there's a lot more northern travel yet. Moonwatching creates odd psychological shifts, you know. In touch with ancestral hoojymawotsits.
