Go on, tell me what it is about Paul Nash's work that you don't like. Much of it is nice and bright and you can see what it is. Plus he gets in a non-sentimental version of the atmosphere of the landscape. Go on. I'm not saying you should like it.

In my opinion.......

I find much of his stuff grey, pale and cold. We were also shown some pieces from the south downs and from Avebury with what was supposed to represent standing stones....I just didn't get it.

Saying that I think one image of his was of Stonehenge from a Shell guide..and I liked that...but then you could see what it was!

I am not commenting on his skill as an artist, I am just giving my personal opinion.
