Yesterday, a tabloid paper ran an article on famous lines no one actually said (play it again Sam, Not a lot of people know that, et al), and according to them, NASA had given Armstrong the lines to say when he got there and because of the static not picking up the 'A', thought he'd fluffed it through excitement.
