Has anyone bought this recently? The only place I could find it was on amazon and they keep pushing back the estimated dispatch date, then I noticed there's a second hand one going for nearly £90. I heard it was out of print but is it that rare?

You mean the Milligan / Burl one?

I saw this book in the visitor's center at Scara Brae on Orkney in 2004, loved it and it was bought as a present for me that Christmas. It was thirty quid.

It's a fantastic photo book, but it isn't worth ninety quid.
For that much I'd want shitloads of text and academic stuff. This is a nice coffee table photo book, and it's lovely to browse, but £90?

Naah.

Hell, for £90 I'd want the Debbie Harry/Bjork/Sandie Shaw threesome photo book I've been dreaming about since 1987!!!

I just bought a dog-eared copy for £8 off abebooks. There's some on there for around £35.
