Now, a bit of time, books; John Barnatts' Prehistoric Cornwall & Stone Circles of the Peak (both bloody good, but bloody rare). Any of Burl's (obviously), brilliant photographs and his sheer dedication to research, his Megalithic Brittany was invaluable when in France, as was a frenchy one called La Bretagne des Megalithes by Pierre-roland Giot this has "itineriares" with good directions, but is in french! Others include; Walks In The Ancient Peak District and Walks In Ancient Lakeland by Robert Harris, and Cornovia and Belerion by Criag weatherhill.
Photographs and good directions to restricted sites is all we really need though.
