Yup, that's what it say's on me calendar anyway. Also, says the full moon is tomorrow - friend tells me it was pretty spectacular last night, so if you missed it try to catch it tonight as rain is forecast for most of the country tomorrow.

Yes, the moon was very large last night but my GPS says full moon isn't until the 9th, I waited for moonrise sometime after 6.20pm yesterday at Lios stone circle but it clouded over and got drizzly. Forgot to bring my long lens to Tara on Sunday night but got some pics of the Lia Fail and the moon (missing a slice). Looked great last night on the way home though, maybe if the sky is clear tonight I'll slip out to get a few pics while its so low.
