I'm already planning my next trip to Scotland (probably 2008).
Breaking all sorts of rules here using Kammer's account but he left himself signed in (he's reading bed time story as I type).

That's news to me darling - is there something you want to share???? Surely the going exchange rate is 2 warm for every 1 wet and windy?

LOL! Nice one!!! ;^) Good to meet you & the young 'uns on Lewis too btw!!!

To answer Mr K's question about Grain, mmm, as I said, it's probably my fave, but not sure it's the most impressive. Difficult to remember, but I seem to think (could be wrong & I've not been to that many) that Grain & Rennibister are shorter than some but their internal architecture is particularly interesting.

The corbelling at Grain is ace http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/post/39982 & Rennibister has funny little side shelves/chamber-y bits. Tiny annoyance at Rennibister is that the modern 'entrance' means you enter at the back end.
