Perhaps they got in a muddle with harvest festival... okay intolerance coming up..
it's totally ridiculous to leave offerings of such stupidty at natural sites, such as the Swallowhead spring, which in the present day has no sanctified nature, We should ask the people who bring these offerings the nature of their beliefs, and sad to say perhaps a notice telling people that religious expression has to have a focus not a vague feeling of something "other" which allows them to trash the natural environment..
