In Mindsteps to the Cosmos (Hawkins) he relates an incident when John Barber was measuring stone circles in Ireland and a local appraoched him and asked if he was looking for the Duibrey.
Barber asked what Duibrey was and was told "Thats every 19 years when the moon stays below the mountains."
It doesn't say which circle this refers to only that he was in countrys Cork and Kerry.

Wow. What are the proper bearings of moonrise/moonset? I can think of few circles down there where mountains would be high enough when viewed from the site.
