I'm with you on all points there Rune, especially the fish oil thing. I've seen it in action, and reckon it's a crucial element in human evolution. Monkeys on the beach and all that. Thing that gets me is, how did those Mesolithic people know it was so important it deserved monumental shell middens? ;)
