i wish i knew more! annoyingly i cant remember who told me but i think it may have been someone with contacts at Thames Water.. anyhow there may apparently be plans afoot to flood parts of the vale of the White Horse in order to create a new reservoir? i dont see how on earth that could be achieved and should probably get my facts/rumours straight so i will make a phonecall this afternoon!
