I can't even imagine what ten billion quid IS!

I bet it could right a few wrongs in this country though, and have some change left over to help a coupla other countries outta the shit too...

Personally, I'd get the heater in me car fixed and move to Scotland. Then take you lot out on the piss at a venue of your choice.
