Publish and be damned! The world increasingly shivers in the shadow of uncertainty. Nothing was ever achieved by asking permission at each and every turn.

I suppose its true to say, what is the worst that can happen?...

i take them off the site?

am i correct in saying that?..lol.

Well that is my gut reaction and photographers' rights are being seriously constrained everywhere. Just think of the famous photographs that would never have been taken if model release forms had to be filled in first. "Just a minute Mr Guevera - hold it! I need you to agree this form before I make you a world famous icon"

Having said that, it is really only a problem when you try to sell photos - agencies simply won't take them without model and now property release agreements. The reason is that now, the photographer may own the photograph but the photographed person owns his/her own fizzog Ditto house, car and boat owners etc. Does make candids bloody impossible.
