Alligator's <a href="http://minotaur.archaeoptics.co.uk/index.php/2005/11/28/northumberlandia-goddess-of-the-north/">Archaeoptics</a> did that image, taking the data from a model by Jencks. who did the sketch, which mirrors the Cheviots behind, so I suppose to a certain extent he had his hands tied
