Sadly, just as I was on the way back to Tyneside, it occurred to me that they are aligned south -north. However, I said there was a single one that I'd lost ? I've found that one - I didn't take a photograph of it though (due to cold hands and laziness). My one photograph of the ringed stone is due back from Jessops this afternoon - the stone itself doesn't look like much. I phoned the local paper yesterday but they never got back, so it looks as if it's going to stay lost. Now if that story was about Sam Allardyce things would be different ...
