The t-shirts were still available until relatively recently. I think they were flogging 'em on Julian's last 'one-man' tour, but haven't noticed 'em anywhere since. (I vaguely think they said they were the last few, but I mighta dreamt it. I bought one then.)

Cheers for the info, I've never been to one of JC talks or gigs so it looks like I've missed out. Thinking about it I have a feeling they used to sell them in the HH shop, or were they TMA anoraks - can't remember, but I don't think they do either now.
