I thought we'd been over this before. Can we not have a new year's resolution to be civilised. If you think a site's dubious email the eds and they'll stick a 'dodgy' label on it. I've pointed out a couple myself (including one of my own, to be fair) and it's not that painful really. Otherwise why don't we all adopt alter egos and write notes on anywhere we don't like much.
Oh what the hell.
yours sanctimoniously, Rh.

Forgive me. It isn't that "I don't like" the sites I described. They're quite nice actually. I simply put my field-notes about them here. I think if you visited them yourself, you'd have a similar opinion.

Rhiannon,
I understand what you're trying to say, but I do agree with SG, as everyone is entitled to an opinion of any site, whether that be good or bad.
The more fieldnotes given to a site means that a better view can be gleaned of it before a visit.
Negative views are just as useful as positive ones for a prospective visitor.
What better way of deciding wheter to travel hundreds of miles? If there's a load of negatives, then why bother? True, when you arrive you may not agree, but other's views may make you think twice, or encourage you.
If we all thought the same it would be quite a sterile site, or do I mean forum.
Life's rich pageant eh?
Regards and respect,
TE.

I agree. It's a disgrace.

O, by the way, West Kennet Long Barrow smells of wee.
