Henge corrals?

I'm bored with this now. I shall answer your questions and then bow out of the discussion.

Why avoid the henges of Wessex?
just a whim, it's what foolish and blinkered people do.

Whoa there, "...the cursuses fell into dis-repair..." To my knowledge we know next to nothing about cursuses let alone their function or when they fell into disrepair.

Can I point you to Toppings excavation at Scorton, Prior at Maxey and Harding at Thornborough

"Where is your evidence for the hypothesis that all henges and circles throughout the British Isles (and not just those that have been excavated) were places where domestic activities did not take place?"

You ask for evidence from un-excavated henges when you know such evidence is not available, whereas I have asked you for any evidence at all and you remain silent. The words "circles" and "all" are yours. Everything I have said is based on the considerable body of evidence available.

Precisely, and until more evidence is available either way neither you nor I can claim categorically that henges and circles were one thing or the other. Meanwhile, the value of discussions such as these is that they provide fresh ideas - some of which may eventually prove to be correct.
