Henge corrals?

>Heavy concentrates of nitrates woudbe a good indication

Is there much evidence for nitrate conc being a definite indicator of cattle having inhabited a surface?
If so, how far back in time would it be reliable? I'm inclined to think that any increase would probably have long since washed away.

I'm quite interested in this idea, as it has bearing on a site up here that's a bit of an anomaly.

Pressy for Bridgit....Happy Day

I suggested the possibility of nitrate traces as a means of discovering if henges were ever used as corrals. This was a tentative answer to the constant bleat about evidence for such. If (and I do say "if") some henges were used as corrals, there would be very little if any evidence remaining. Ishmael has pointed out that excavated henges seem remarkably empty and that would be the case if they were stock enclosures.
