The program is not available officially. Head Heritage used to own copies that it leant out, but some gits kept them and so the practice stopped.
The lack of response to your request could be down to a couple of things.
1) We recently went through all this and DVD copies were circulated, so we may be a little tired of it :-) They are out there, though.
2) A newby to the forum popping in and asking for something doesn't always go down too well. New folks are always welcome (Welcome to TMA by the way), but perhaps a little bit of 'joining in' might encourage people to help you out a bit more readily.
