Meikle Findowie looks like a good contender ;-) so too Cairnholy 1, Castlerigg, Pont-y-Pridd maybe, Sunkenkirk almost certainly and Torhousekie? Avebury perhaps multiple use (livestock, religious, trading, ceremonial)? Happy to be proved wrong on all of those but perhaps we need to move away a little from seeing stone circles as places of ceremonial gathering, astrologically aligned to this and that and see them in a more utilitarian role (that is not to say that some circles were not for purely ceremonial use while some may have been for a combination of both the ceremonial and the utilitarian).
