Thats a lovely boat Mr. Lifter

I guess I'll have to conceed that there are probably no accurate representations of Phoenician ships in rock art, although there are definite stylistic elements that appear to fit more with the wooden hulled boats of the Mediterranean than the skin hulled boats of the north.

This website has an interesting approach to the subject

Interesting link but why do they consider that Norwegian rock picture to portray an Egyptian boat? It is the same old "aliens" idea. Academics for far too long gave no credit to native north European cultures - everything just had to come from the Classical world and before that the civilisations of the Tigris and Euphrates. Now of course, a very different world view prevails and similar developments without cross -cultural links (like the pyramids of Egypt and Central America) are now the official creed.
I vote for the middle ground and judge each case on its merits with sufficient evidence of probability, rather than absolute proof, required.

Lots and lots and lots of lovely stuff here fom Norway, Sweden and Denmark. If they were all Phoenician ships then there must have been a gigantic naval fleet over a long period. I still go for native vessels

Look and enjoy this comparitively little known and un-appreciated feast of rock art:
