I understand perfectly and share your anger and dismay. TMA forum is the best and liveliest that there is and it is so very unfortunate that for months now, every thread has been hijacked by nonsense spouters.

Sure - we don't want forum censorship, but just ignore them and they'll wither away without the constant ego massage that they crave.

I'm glad about that, thread unlocking I mean, having just read Hob's and Steve's reply to Cropredy, this forum has opened a whole new perception of what debate is all about, open and upfront and obviously clever minds applying themselves to the point in question. In the same way that you bring forward poetry and art to the attention of everyone in Megalith Poems, all things whether they are creative or scientific or just plain lunatic have to be discussed, its not just about education and free speech, its also opening our minds to other possibilities..... I suppose the proviso is that it has to be loosely based on stones though, but I don't think that really matters all the time.
