British by birth, English by the grace of God!

I suppose someone will get out of their pram about me just liking being English, hardly PC these days. But what the bloddy hell's wrong with being proud of OUR heritage?

Nothing at all, mate. That's why I'm surprised that we are being given the chance to identify an Icon for England. Elsewhere, this government seems not to like the notion of England.
