Nonono! Not at all, sir! Winchester is a far preferrable place to Southampton! The old Mediaeval walls are about the only redeeming feature of the city itself, if only the city council would pull their finger out and exploit them properly rather than keep demolishing them to build fkn Starbucks! For example. They could be a HUGE pull for tourists if only they could be arsed!
