I used to know Latin - how do I re-awaken that part of my mnd?

Buy a bottle of Quink and wear shorts and a stripey tie ...

Pure and simple Education. Cassell's New Latin Dictionary's indispensible...though I get the impression you're after a rather 'occult' methodology. In which case meditate - and my strong favourite are the works and methods of Chogyam Trungpa: no dogma, no cultism, no New Age dross, just damn fine healthy pragmatisms dealing with the knots of our unconcious very directly and without bullshit. I think then, after all that's sorted out, you can utilise meditation as a means to explore deeper realms of consciousness itself, and, therein, re-learn Latin. But at the same time, get books on the subject aswell.

Ask Hob - he seems to be keen on Romans.

My Granddad said that he once found an old urn in the back garden and was inscribed thus:

"Itis apis potanditis abigone."

Is there anyone who knows latin that could translate?
