How old are yew?

the yew at <a hre="http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/site/787">Fortinagll</a> was 56 feet in girth at the base until the middle of it was burned out. not sure what that would have made it four feet up, but presumably still in the 6000 year old category then?

as for sites nearby, 5m to rock art, 100m to the nearest standng stone and barrow, 400m to 3 stone circles, and lots more slightly further afield, 800m to more rock art, a kilometre to more stones, barrows and cairns
