That's very interesting so it has given me lots to think about.

I've only just become aware of it, personally I mean. I had heard of it of course but until very recently I had never been aware of experiencing it.
It just happenend that the situation was ideal to be able to pick anything up.

I don't appear to be able to dowse (I tried rods last weekend for the first time) but I have been able to pick up something without using instruments (then its apparently called "divining").

I can't see why at sites where there is something obvious to be seen I get no obvious sensation but I have had a "light bulb switches on" sensation where there isnt anything to be seen. At the moment I have no idea what it is which triggers the sensation.
