There's Butser Farm near Salisbury Plain, and The Peat Moors Centre at Westray, Somerset Levels which has a beautiful hut, a sunken hollowed out log boat, plus they grow woad and other herbs. Its very close to the famous Sweet Track, and they have a reconstruction of the track as well. Woad growing is fascinating, you need acid to turn it blue for dyeing....
