Finalised details for the Great Scottish Megarak Annual Puddingfest:
Meeting at 10:00 hrs prompt in the Pitlochry car park we met in last year, this time remembering what day it is, (Remembrance Sunday), and not driving through the throngs of people in the middle of the road, beeping the horn, whilst skilfully avoiding assorted pipers, drummers and tartan-clad sundries:

transfer into as few cars as necessary (hopefully it won't be just the 1 again!), and head over Fortingall way to see:
Carn na Marbh
(and for anyone who hasn't seen (or wants to see again) the 3 stone circles (triangles), carved stones, oldest tree in the world etc)
then round the corner to:

and:
Clach na Tuirc

then perhaps up to:
Upper Gaskan
round to:
Claverhouse's Stone
down to:
Faskally Cottages
and finally to the Moulin Inn!!!!
there's also the mightily-impressive stone at Balnakeilly just round the corner from the Moulin Inn:
(in the unlikely event of us leaving the Inn before it's dark!)
How does that lot sound? Plenty of stones there to ignore....
For those who are blissfully unaware what we look like, look out for Andy's assembly-point hat:
