Fw, I'm well aware that you've been reactive only, and therefore not scratchy. I'm sorry if my words didn't make that clear. The nature of my interjections in that area of the thread may make it clearer that you weren't in my thoughts. I wasn't saying anything about you. You have been my guru for some time, and I've learned an awful lot from you.

I am guilty of more than a little intolerance :-)

I think the saying is : I do not suffer fools lightly ... metaphorically!!!! I am not saying folks here are fools etc... I just don't like people who do not look at both sides. I am very aware of both (actually ALL) sides, I have looked at them long and hard and reached my view/stand point. My opinion is the result of a lot of 'soul searching' and experience.

Tombo is very aware of EVERY angle. We have some great 'off forum' chats by email about many of the things on here. These take on healthy debate and never come to the climatic over reactions that this thread has reached. In fact they're almost civilised :-)

I know you weren't pointing at me, but I thought I'd acknowledge that I was aware that I was guilty of some of the divisiveness.

I think everyone's kept remarkably calm and sensible. Everyone's really thinking about it!!!! Several people have even been open-minded!!

Fucking hell, even me - I'm just about signed up to allowing that there's probably a bit of 'spirit' in my feelings on most occasions at most sites (and I don't mean malt & bourbon).

If you've more to say Nigel, PLEASE do!!! No disrespect to anyone else, but you & Tombo have done a great job!!

I had an excellent weekend after all by the way Tombo, despite my little thrombie about not being able to get out & the weather on Friday nite!!!

I'll shut up again now.

Nice load of kiss-ass Nigel.

Seems I'm the scratchy one 8o) When singled out and backed into a corner I do have a tendency to call upon my inner-bitch for guidance. I wont linger on it, this is too good of a thread to scratch it all up. It's been fun..... for the most part!
