What can I say about me that's likely to be of interest? Not much, but here goes... I read John Michell's "View Over Atlantis" at far too an impressionable age!! For the last 18 years I've lived in East Yorks, I must be as remote as anyone can get from a stone circle still in existence, but there are lots of other interesting barrows and mounds closer to home although many are on private land.

I've been interested in the ancient places since I was a child, and the older I get the more interested I become, particularly in the direct experiential aspects of each site and how that differs between sites and between repeated visits to the same site over a period of time.

When I'm not among the stones, I practise several complementary therapies, make my own herbal remedies for my family and read a lot.
