From "Herefordshire Register of Countryside Treasures" (1981 H&WCC): "Uphampton Hill Fort, Docklow Only a low bank, 1-2 metres high, now marks the site of what has been claimed to be an Iron-age hillfort. It has been suggested that the camp may have been started, but never completed. Location Along overgrown footpaths from minor road to Hatfield at E side of camp and in wood on N side of hill top between Pudlestone and Docklow."
